Netanyahu flies to us to counter Iran ' sweet Talk'

DHAKA: The Israeli Benjamin Netanyahu driving in the United States for talks with President Barack Obama on Iranian diplomatic charm offensive.

Before leaving the United States on Friday, said the Iranian new President Hassan Rohani, a 15-minute phone call with Obama.

Netanyahu, who will be Obama on Monday UN then make address on Tuesday, said he would "tell the truth in the face of sweet talk", the BBC reported.

Israel and the West suspect that Iran is attempting to build a nuclear bomb.

Tehran denies the allegation. Rohani, who spoke late on Friday to President Obama, said that he wants to seek a deal with world powers over Iran's nuclear program within months.

The telephone conversation was the first top-level meeting between the two countries for more than 30 years. Rohani, in June, was a moderate hardline President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad replace selected.
